Create ranges within the category from both and image and commercial point of view
Key Responsibilities:
Influence and implement strategic category direction, proactively set range direction for both Future City and Value Range
Show full understanding and drive the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames
Show leadership through living the brand values
High level of product expertise in creating high value perceived products
Be a competent partner for product and ranging discussions with markets and retailers
Identify projects to optimize category performance, work independently and steer to conclusion
Key Relationships:
Steer a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with
Markets and relevant third parties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Lateral thinking and challenge status quo
Communication skill set, including effective negotiation and clear transportation of information
Step up to conflicts, work towards a diplomatic solution
Be open for change, support execution of change management
Cooperate effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships
Basic leadership skills esp. in driving ad hoc projects independently
Efficiently plan and prioritize daily work
Advanced analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented
Ability to travel
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years’ Product Marketing experience with FTW background
Fluent in English
PC skills (MS Office programs)
