Reporting to the Third-Party Source to Pay Program Director and/or Program Manager Lead, this position is responsible for providing oversight and alignment on planning, managing, and implementing strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all project-led work and Book of Work deliverables.
- End to end project management of multiple technology projects, including alignment and dependency management across broader Programs.
- Senior Sponsor and Stakeholder management and Leadership of the project team or working groups involved.
- Accountable to implement appropriate project structure and controls in line with the Technology methodology.
- Hybrid delivery to CPPMP standards, combining both Waterfall with Iterative Scrum / Agile approaches.
- Develop and implement solutions to support ongoing systems operations and investment programs.
- Oversee all major components of the projects, data cleansing, data migration, quality controls, and reporting.
- Oversight of PTS artefacts completion and submission to PQA / Spot Check with 90%+ compliance minimum.
- Create and maintain a RAID log, raising risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and then driving them to resolution or escalating where support is needed.
- Chair meetings with application developers and with stakeholders, ranging from daily scrums to weekly updates to ad-hoc technical workshops.
- Take and circulate meeting minutes – including tracking attendees, key discussion points and action log.
- Create or update PowerPoints where applicable, such as slides for project updates, or to input into Operating Committees and Steering Committees
- Scoping and Program planning in MS Project, Excel, or Jira, breaking out tasks, owners, dates, milestones, and RAG statuses.
- Hosting of Operating Committees if / where applicable and presenting in other forums
- Input into the central Program team governance processes and best practices ensuring high standard Project and Program management.
- Will include interactions across multiple countries and time zones.

- 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.

- Understanding of Agile and related methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, including ceremonies (daily stand ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and planning mechanisms (epics, user stories, sprints).
- PMP and/or CSM Certifications a plus.
- Experience with Oracle products (p2p) is a huge plus
