In this role, you will:
- Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives, to support large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct research and analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for transformation initiatives, coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to stakeholder communication efforts, by preparing presentations, reports, and summaries to highlight key project insights and updates
- Support cross-functional teams, in problem-solving sessions, providing data-driven insights and innovative recommendations
- Track and report progress, against defined goals and objectives, identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending solutions
- Develop expertise, in transformation methodologies and tools, gaining hands-on experience and building a foundation for future leadership roles
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading or supporting large scale business and technology transformation programs
- Experience working within large banking institutions and heavily matrixed environments
- Contact center experience
- Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights and building strategies against the analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communication and with ability to reach consensus with diverse stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to piece together disparate functions and lines of businesses
- Inherent bias for action and understand the need for speed and urgency
- Self-directed, results driven, and comfortable with ambiguity; i.e.; comfortable taking a vague initiative and creating a definitive plan
- BS/BA degree or higher
