What You’ll Do:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the adoption and implementation of the Policy Manager system across Walmart’s global tech operations.
- Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance objectives
- Champion the benefits of the Policy Manager system to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
2. Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the Policy Manager system, including planning, deployment, configuration, and customization to meet the unique needs of Walmart Global Tech.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Oversee the development and execution of testing protocols to validate system functionality and performance.
3. Change Management and Training:
- Develop and execute a robust change management plan to facilitate smooth adoption of the Policy Manager system across various departments and regions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring continuous improvement.
4. Policy Enforcement and Compliance:
- Utilize the Policy Manager system to audit, review, and enforce change management policies, ensuring all changes in production are properly planned, documented, and validated.
- Monitor and analyze system-generated reports to identify non-compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to conduct regular reviews and assessments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage the machine learning capabilities of the Policy Manager system to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into change management activities and compliance status.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change management and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and performance of the Policy Manager system, driving continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT administration, change management, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex IT systems in a large, global organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in machine learning technologies and their application in compliance and auditing.
- Strong understanding of change management processes, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with system integration, data analysis, and reporting tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
