What You'll Do
Serve as the primary authority on Armis’ OT solutions for the Federal DoD sector
Develop and execute strategic initiatives for expanding Armis’ presence in the Federal OT/ICS/IoT market
Lead and mentor Federal Solutions Engineers (SEs), guiding OT security solutions and best practices
Drive and manage proof-of-value (POV) installations for DoD OT prospects
Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions on OT security
Represent Armis as an OT Cybersecurity SME, speaking at industry conferences and Federal engagements
Work closely with OT Leadership and Product Management to translate Federal customer requirements into product enhancements
Develop customer-facing collateral, whitepapers, and technical documentation for the Federal market
Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure successful Federal deployments
Stay ahead of evolving Federal cybersecurity mandates, Zero Trust initiatives, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, IL4/5/6, NIST 800-53, RMF, STIGs,CC-SRG, and ICS security frameworks such as NERC/CIP, NIST 800-82, and IEC 62443)
Travel up to 40% to meet with Federal customers, conduct briefings, and attend industry events
What We Expect
Education & Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
Experience:
5+ years of experience in OT-related cybersecurity, solutions engineering, or architecture roles
5+ years of U.S. Federal pre-sales or technical leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry
Proven track record of delivering complex OT cybersecurity solutions to Federal agencies
Experience in deploying SaaS-based solutions within Federal networks
Strong knowledge of DoD
IT/OT architectures and Federal procurement processes
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of OT, ICS, IoT, and BMS security architectures and risk management
Expertise in control networks, segmentation, routing and switching, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, Zero Trust, NIST 800-82, RMF, STIGs, etc.)
Knowledge of FedRAMP, Impact Levels (IL4/5/6), and DoD cloud security requirements
Experience in Linux, virtualization, and cloud environments
Familiarity with Federal ATO/IATT processes and security authorization requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
U.S. Armed Forces veteran with experience in DoD IT/OT networks
Successful deployment and support of cybersecurity solutions within Federal Agencies, DoD and IC environments
