Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Total Rewards Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and delivery of Total Rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, well-being, and recognition—ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values.
- Drive Benefits Strategy and Innovation: Lead the global benefits portfolio ensuring offerings meet the needs of a global workforce.
- Scale Benefits Globally: Evaluate and evolve benefits offerings in key markets, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and compliance. Leverage benchmarking data, employee feedback, and vendor capabilities to expand and refine offerings that promote employee well-being and engagement.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain accountability for benefits compliance across all relevant U.S. and global regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, GDPR,local market laws), including internal audits, reporting, and policy development.
- Oversee Compensation: Lead global compensation architecture, including base pay structures, short- and long-term incentives, equity strategy, and performance-based pay.
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including benchmarking, merit increases, bonus payouts, and equity refresh grants.
- Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, growth-minded, and service-oriented.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Stock Admin, and broader HR organization on systems, processes and policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, including executive compensation leadership in a publicly traded company. including 5+ years in a leadership role within a global, high-growth organization.
- Experience supporting Compensation Committees materials, Board and Executive Pay programs and practices.
- Deep knowledge of compensation structures (base, bonus, equity), equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, options,), and benefits programs.
- Familiarity with SEC regulations, proxy disclosure, and CD&A reporting.
- Strong modeling, analytics, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CCP, CBP) preferred.
- Expertise in global rewards across diverse geographies, with a deep understanding of U.S. regulations and global compliance considerations.
- Proven experience to lead through influence in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience leading teams through growth, change, and complexity, with a focus on mentorship, empowerment, performance and eager to be a hands on leader.
Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $275,000 - $310,000. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
