In this role, you will:
Maintain a high-quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts and promissory notes
Disposition equipment through sales, renewal and release on all terminations
Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems in performance of duties
Receive direction from supervisors
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Customer service/Customer Care experience
Experience working with the following systems: Artiva, and Infolease
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change
Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Job Expectations:
