Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights, translating complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop, refine, and maintain value engineering tools, frameworks, templates, and best practices, including sophisticated ROI and economic modeling.
Author insightful thought leadership content that clearly communicates Gong’s value proposition to customers and the broader market.
QUALIFICATIONS
10-12+ years experience in value engineering, management consulting, business architecture, or related fields.
Demonstrated success creating data-driven insights within B2B sales environments.
Proven experience designing financial models, ROI analyses, and value-driven narratives.
Extensive understanding of B2B sales processes, sales methodologies, pipeline management, and sales operations.
Expertise in software/SaaS business models, particularly Sales technology.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, notably Salesforce.
Experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for generating compelling insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to engage effectively at executive and C-level.
