Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses to identify opportunities for Honeywell’s technology and solutions to add value.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in new markets or accounts to uncover business opportunities, recommend solutions, and close deals.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to replace competitor solutions with Honeywell products while progressing toward successful closures.
  • Utilize Honeywell's internal resources effectively to enhance win rates and coordinate efforts for developing compelling value propositions and proposals.
  • Foster a professional and ethical representation of Honeywell, engaging with customers at multiple levels and contributing to a culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Possesses direct sales experience in related fields (including Access Solutions manufacturers) along with field customer sales expertise focused on both new and existing accounts.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in standard productivity software suites like Google and Microsoft Office, coupled with experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Shows a robust understanding of key sales principles with multi-level sales experience and a hunter mentality to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Exhibits excellent team and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing customers and partners to foster healthy relationships while having a clear comprehension of Honeywell's value proposition and the competitive landscape.
