10 years of experience in technology related business or business development at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
3 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing team members.
Experience in business management.

Experience in managing and developing a team that carries and exceeds business goals, supporting both business and career development.
Experience in starting a territory from scratch by the security partner ecosystem.
Knowledge of product, solution, and market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.
Ability to build strong relationships, promoting to C-level executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize business activity.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and listening skills.
