Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Build framework for financial accounts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or related field of study plus 4+ years of experience in related occupation.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence to manage scrum processes
- Formal experience with agile methodologies, writing stories and requirements for code delivery
- Knowledge of software applications and processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle
- Familiar with managing product backlog and prioritization for software development
- Able to identify problems and make decisions in ambiguous situations
