Assist clients with the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions. Work with client to define requirements, design and lead system architecture processes, and implement processes using the Salesforce.com web-based customization tools. Analyze requirements, design and deliver solutions across a wide range of industries and business processes. Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements and technical feasibility.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience.

Must have 1 year of consulting experience.

Must have 1 year of combined declarative and/or programmatic Salesforce experience.

Must have 1 year of experience with relational database concepts.

Must have 1 year of combined experience documenting various stages of the project lifecycle, including documenting business requirements and/or function specifications.

Must have 1 year of combined experience managing project activities using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and/or Microsoft Project.

Must have 1 year of client-facing experience, such as leading requirement workshops, running user acceptance testing and/or client-facing demos.

Must have at least one Salesforce certification (of administrator or higher) upon hire.
