Your day to day
- Drive accountability and process improvement with the Technology Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices
- Create, implement, and drive operating rhythms, relevant artifacts, and team events to enable better communications and engagement up down, and across functions & teams;optimize cadences,
- Coordinate with the partners external to Technology such as HR, Finance, and Talent Management
- Help to develop and coordinate executive presentations
- Help to plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Technology and Business teams to drive results
- Evolve team operating model including processes to enable strategic planning along withidentifying opportunitiesfor simplification, quality, and productivity improvement; and deliver the analysis and associated actions necessary to enable continuous improvement
What you need to bring
- 7+ years of experience in planning, business operations, or projectmanagement
- High delivery focus with an emphasis on task ownership and completion
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Ability to influence and achieve alignment across a range of different opinions and interests
- Ability to work independently and within a teamenvironment
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
- Ability to quickly make sense of, combine, and organize information into meaningful patterns
