- Drive accountability and process improvement with the Technology Hiring Ramp, WFP Principles and Hiring practices
- Drive and manage the technology budget management process
- Help to coordinate all operating cadences for OCTO
- Coordinate with the partners external to Technology such as HR, Finance, and Talent Management
- Help to coordinate executive presentations
- Help to coordinate Technology OKR and KPI reporting
- Help to coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Technology and Business teams to drive results
:
- A successful candidate should bring at least 7+ years of experience within an operational, planning or project management role
- Candidates should be able to quickly make sense of, combine, and organize information into meaningful patterns
- Experience with workforce planning and management is preferred
- A strong financial background is required (budgeting, forecasting, planning)
- Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and confident in putting robust processes in place
- Candidates should be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment amongst all leadership levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time is required
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
- Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time is required
- Ability to manage a high volume of fast-paced and quickly changing details and requests from dozens of Leaders
