Your day to day:
In your day to day role you will
Lead workforce planning and resource management activities, aligning with HR, Finance, and Talent Management to ensure optimal headcount and budget alignment.
Own budget planning and tracking activities, working closely with Finance to forecast and manage budgetary requirements.
Coordinate business operations activities, including operating cadences, executive presentations, and vendor management.
Support employee engagement initiatives within the Tech Infra team, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships across technology and business teams to ensure alignment on key deliverables and drive operational excellence.
What do you need to bring:
Proven experience in business operations, preferably within a technology or infrastructure environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems through analytical thinking and strategic solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and executive-level presentation creation.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
