ASSOCIATES PROGRAM FOR CLASS OF 2024 GRADS ONLY
Associates are paid a salary for learning on the job and are required to dedicate 40 hours each week to the program. Associates are expected to work out of our NY office 3x a week. Each role has a 3-4 week onboarding process where they will be learning and understanding the role. Towards the end of the program, associates will receive helpful feedback to prepare for their next endeavor!
Responsibilities:
- Supporting CSMs on day-to-day tasks such as - provide customers with fast responses, ensure timely issue resolution and thorough follow ups and meeting summaries
- Assist with Customer onboarding, starting from preparing materials to owning parts of the trainings as you progress in your role
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets and tasks, escalate internally when needed
- The ability to execute smaller customer-based projects that are delivered on time and in full alignment with desired outcomes and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally with our internal stakeholders such as Support, Data Integration, Solution Engineering and Sales
- Communicate major product updates and releases ensuring customer success team is well informed
- Ability to balance multiple requests and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong bias for high-quality work is a must
