A day in the life
As liaison between the commercial and technical teams, the role requires data gathering and manipulation, ad hoc investigations, problem-solving, as well as communicating and implementing technical improvements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AMs and Product Team to collect pain points and identify business opportunities and translate them into impactful solutions and optimisations
- Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues and provide technical know-how and best practices to ensure successful technical implementation of client requirements
- Design reports, dashboard and internal tools/solutions to support business needs
- Apply analytical skills and business acumen to extract meaningful insights from OB data sets and deliver actionable improvements to current installations
- Manage and track both internal and external case tickets to ensure their timely resolution
- Support the Supply Operation Team in leveraging OB databases to solve technical problems and write technical notes and documentation to be used by others on the team.
What you’ll bring
- Proven hands-on experience in a technical support and analytic role
- Proven experience with internet technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, SQL, Rest API, API
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills to creatively solve problems
- Experienced in leveraging data and analytics in a business environment to develop creative technical solutions and optimise performance
