Develop and implement cost management programs, including budget control, cost tracking, and forecasting during project execution
Capture and manage change orders, ensuring accurate cost forecasting throughout the project
Assist in developing project control processes, including change management, cost forecasting, risk management, and earned value, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Create reports and dashboards to communicate cost performance to various teams and management levels
Perform trend analysis to evaluate cost performance, identify risks, validate forecasts, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Develop cost reports and tools to inform decision-making, track project performance, and conduct ad-hoc cost studies to assess project viability
Assist in preparing project funding requests, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements during project close-out
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of construction methods across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
Expertise in cost estimating processes for large-scale, multi-billion-dollar facilities
High proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experienced with Aconex, P6, Bluebeam, CAD, and other construction-related software
Familiar with construction schedules and estimating resources like R.S. Means and Equipment Watch
Ability to work within a high-performance, detail-oriented, and cross-functional team environment under tight deadlines
