Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Program Manager, Executive Experiences with an expertise in high touch programs with skills to execute components like executive summits, onsite meeting programs, travel and logistics, white-glove F&B, and executive memberships.Thewill support the launch of a rebranded program, The Club, that focuses on unique and engaging experiences and environments that nurture and engage one of our most prominent audiences, executives and decision makers. Pillars of The Club include the scaled activation at both third party and proprietary events, executive management including custom schedule development and logistics, up-level F&B experiences, The Boutique add-n experience, executive membership including annual planning, and more.


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, chief of staffs, executive assistants, and global experiential marketing.
  • Brand launch for The Club including executive membership requirements
  • Execute a growth plan for the brand and team
  • Deliver scalable experiences at 3rd party events that focus on onsite meetings and membership development and a meeting gifting experience.
  • Develop goals and objectives for program growth and performance
  • Work with sales to develop tactics to focus meeting targets, and increase meeting volume and ROI
  • Manage end to end planning for The Club experience at INSIGHT
  • Manage end to end executive experience at Converge (SKO)
  • Program management and delivery of up to 25 scalable Club programs across the US and EMEA
  • Travel up to monthly for programs, site visits, planning and more
  • Spend and budget management
  • List submission and reporting at an event level, in monthly, quarterly and annual planning meetings
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of event marketing experience; with a primary focus of delivering executive programs, advisory boards, or VIP experiences
  • Highly proactive, innovative, collaborative, organized, detailed-oriented, and analytical self-starter leader who is capable of effectively managing several projects simultaneously from a variety of stakeholders and vendors and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellence in time management skills and follow up to ensure meeting on time deliverables.
  • Experience managing cross functional teams.
  • Eloquent, passionate, confident, insightful, enthusiastic, driven, creative and entrepreneurial about delivering groundbreaking experiences.
  • Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box. With a track record of driving and piloting new ideas, measuring the impact, scaling and optimizing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt to a variety of internal & external stakeholders and think strategically to influence them.
  • Ability to create presentations and deliver them in a compelling way to executive level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to adapt to changing, ambiguous and high-pressure environments and prioritizing tasks
  • Highly resourceful with a strong of sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
  • Ability to see beyond a given task and advise on cause and effect of decisions and options depending on any situation.
  • Strong executive presence to manage executive stakeholders, and event attendances and activation staff.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
  • Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to distil complex information
  • Data driven with focus on delivering metrics and the ability to show the impact of your work.
