What You'll Do

  • Program Management: Lead strategic programs and projects with a focus on accountability from start to finish. Own regional Deal Desk processes and tooling, implementing advanced strategies for merchant pricing. Manage the Regional Exclusivities model and analytics.

  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders. Effectively influence and manage their expectations to align support and adoption of processes and tools. Navigate interactions with senior stakeholders, addressing tight deadlines and complex inquiries.

  • Business Acumen and Problem Solving: Understand the complexities of the Delivery business. Develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency for commercial teams and leadership. Integrate pricing strategies into Deal Desk, Exclusivities, Forecasts, and VGs. Prioritize conflicting demands and set realistic deadlines. Approach challenges with a proactive mindset, solving problems directly.

  • Analytics and Automation: Continuously evaluate tool reliability and quality, making adjustments as needed. Analyze daily performance and initiative effectiveness, providing actionable insights for optimized resource allocation. Develop scalable tools within our RAMEN Portfolio to support Account Managers. Automation skills are beneficial for user-friendly tool adoption.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Business Intelligence/Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in analysis, modeling, and reporting; proficiency in SQL and Sheets/Slides is crucial. R, Python or similar programming language experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly with senior leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Effective prioritization and stakeholder management abilities, enabling you to organize and deliver work effectively.
  • Resilient and self-starting, comfortable navigating changes and uncertainties inherent in a dynamic organization.
