About the Role

As a Strategy & Planning Associate within the UKI Delivery Strategy & Planning Team, you will support the ongoing business governance and planning processes, as well as delivering on the key Strategic Initiatives that will transform the UKI business.

The Strategy & Planning Associate plays an integral role in driving business performance and strategic direction through insights and intelligence.

What you'll do

1. Support the evolution of the UK strategy : Monitor performance and progress against current approach and provide insight and intelligence to inform changes and developments through planning processes and BAU operations
2. Drive business performance: Build, manage and operate business dashboards to track KPIs and ensure we have full visibility and context of performance vs our financial and operational targets
3. Own business intelligence: Actively support all business insights, strategic planning and analytical activity for senior management of the country
4. Support key governance cadences: (OKR performance and calibration, MBR and other periodic review sessions with global leadership with insight and analysis
5. Serve as a strategic consultant to the business: Operated as a trusted partner to the leadership team, and as a thought partner on key strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What you'll need

1. +3 years of robust work experience - consulting, investment banking, strategy & planning, operations and/or analyst roles (or other specialty roles with proven record in quantitative fields)
2. Excellent business acumen - ability to assess business performance, identify trends, opportunities and risks and provide thought partnership, insight and direction to the UKI Leadership team
3. Data-driven decision making ability - Use sound business judgment through deep analytical and critical thinking to build data-driven insights and solutions to ambiguous strategic questions
4. SQL experience is vital - you will operate as the owner of key business intelligence source-of-truths (e.g. competition data) and will be expected to support with robust analysis to help answer ambiguous strategic questions
