1st shift (United States of America)The Career Program Manager will lead the programmatic development of future Truist leaders, through execution of the Truist Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the Truist Intern Program. **This person will be required to work in our Charlotte HQ office 5 days/wk.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of relevant industry-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
3. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.
4. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, with strong ability to anticipate tasks and needs, execute with attention to detail, and drive urgency as needed
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills including creating effective PowerPoint and executive-level communications, tailoring your messages to meet the needs of the listener/stakeholder, and navigating difficult conversations as needed
6. Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations with agility and flexibility; highly organized with ability to prioritize and deliver within tight timelines
7. Capacity to balance multiple, time-sensitive tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment, with a wide range of professionals/stakeholders
8. Demonstrated passion for diversity and inclusion, and general interest in D&I related issues and developments in the world
9. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback to various stakeholders
10. Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
