Job Description

As the IT Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing scrum ceremonies, aiding teams in delivering comprehensive scope, liaising with stakeholders, mitigating impediments, managing risks, and promoting relentless improvement, working under limited supervision and broad guidelines.

Your role:

  • Orchestrate Scrum planning sessions, setting the expectations for upcoming sprints to ensure clear goals, efficient execution, and alignment with overall project objectives, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can actively contribute to sprint planning and applies intermediate understanding of entrepreneurial skills in daily work
  • Manage and optimize the inflow of stable requirements for the team, ensuring a well-defined backlog that facilitates smooth sprint planning and execution, while continuously refining and prioritizing tasks based on feedback from stakeholders to meet evolving project needs and maintain momentum
  • Manage periodic synchronization meetings, including the Scrum of Scrum / ART sync at the Program level and the Value Stream sync for Solution Trains, effectively solving impediments and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Scrum planning sessions, ensuring clear goals and alignment with project objectives while fostering collaboration among team members
  • You have experience managing backlog and prioritizing tasks based on stakeholder feedback to meet project needs and maintains
  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field OR 6+ years of relevant experience in place of a bachelor’s degree
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re able to work under limited supervision and broad guidelines, ensuring transparency and radiates status to all relevant stakeholders (e.g., RTE / Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)) and supports related activities, ensuring everyone is informed about progress, risks, and upcoming milestones

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $97,000 to $154,980.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
