Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our team, you will hone your skills and support aircraft specific solutions and integrate with flight hardware. Successful candidates will engage in:
- Participate in Program level planning and coordination
- Identify and manage program risks and metrics
- Define and monitor Team level goals—committed and stretch goals
- Manage Team backlog (prioritize, size, refine)
- Facilitate Sprint planning and implementation
- Lead Daily Scrum meeting
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums
- Organize and lead Sprint review, retrospective, and demonstrations
- Organize and lead Program increment review, retrospective, and demonstration
- Coordinate dependencies and integration points with other teams.
- Lead people, if assigned supervisor responsibilities
- Understanding of Agile software development principles and DevSecOps practices
- • Knowledge of managing team dynamics, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- • Ability to guide and mentor Team efforts to guide flow and achieve Team goals
- • Proficient in Agile performance measurement and analysis techniques
- • Communication skills to facilitate the flow of information within and across Teams
