Here's what you'll need
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in applicable field
- 2+ years’ experience as a Party Chief or Survey Technician
- CST, LSIT or PLS certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to complete all technical aspects of a field surveying task
- Proven experience preparing Exhibits with CAD
- Proven experience preparing easement documents
- Ability to work long hours and carry heavy loads if needed
- Reputation as a trusted and respected member of the surveying community
- Good social and communication skills
- Able to work well remotely and with collaborative teams
- Ability to pass drug screen and background checks
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience with CAD, GIS, ROW acquisition, easement preparation, preparing and reading legal descriptions, title reports, RealQuest, DataTree, Salesforce, SAP
