Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal-setting.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to solve problems, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience working with SMBs.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
