- 15 years of sales or advertising agency leadership experience in the technology, internet, or digital media industries.
- 10 years of experience in direct sales people management and business quota ownership for a book of business.
- Experience working and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels globally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working at or with Advertising Agencies including partnering with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience setting clear, focused goals to drive organizational results and team performance in a direct lean environment.
- Ability to select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members. Ability to accurately appraise the strengths and weaknesses of team members and build a diverse team that complements each other to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills at a high level.
