Responsibilities:

• Oversight of analytics and engagement across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking
• Headcount and mobility planning in partnership with Program Manager / Lead and CAO team
• Metrics (showcasing engagement, attrition, mobility, promotions and initiatives)
• Year-end performance management ratings consolidation, analysis and comparison against distribution curve
• Leverage program population tracker to create reports as needed
• Create headcount reports and analysis by sector, in order to inform data driven decisions around headcount planning
• Support logistics around engagement initiatives and analyze participation data / feedback to drive decisions on future engagement programming
• Staffer analytics

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience, preferably in a financial services firm
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
