Play PMO/PM role for strategic initiatives (Program & Project Management, Change Management)
Conduct Performance Management (e.g. ExCo KPIs) to drive business results
Apply Lean tools (e.g. Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Daily Management, etc.) to make Continuous Improvement (e.g. focusing on complex issues) with business impact
Build up Lean capabilities (e.g. deliver Lean training)
Collaborate with PSE (Process System Excellence) and IT team to simplify/optimize end-to-end process, IT backbone and applications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred.
At least 5~8 years relevant working experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role, FMCG or Healthcare industry background is preferred.
Able to drive changes with sense of urgency and bias for action
Mastery of Business Excellence Practices, e.g. Lean, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, etc.
Good knowledge of operational subjects and related tools, e.g. MS/QMS, CRM, ERM (e.g. SAP), etc.
Always of a positive attitude, good learning agility.
Strong capability of stakeholder management, cross business/function collaboration and coordination.
