Leads the planning and strategy development for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide guidance to business stakeholders based on marketing data such as email open rates, lead conversion, impressions, CPC, downloads and more.
Create marketing materials for new products and validate their accuracy with stakeholders. Facilitate ongoing communication and the creation of marketing assets for channel partners and end-users. Manage the activation of webpages with relevant teams. Evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven suggestions for enhancements.
Enhancing existing marketing content and amplification of brand and products across various regions and channels, aiming to drive demand. Collaborate with demand generation, product managers, channel teams, and leadership to ensure success.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral for Safety Products, including translation and regional adaptation, by coordinating with internal and external creative resources. Prepare Marcom briefs and sales enablement tools and supervise content and creative development. Spearhead content enhancement for customer websites and eCommerce platforms.
Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase profitable sales, brand growth, and customer loyalty.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and adherence to brand standards, involving key stakeholders as necessary.
Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer marketing / digital marketing & customer / data management role / Channel marketing
Proven experience with executing Marcom preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and presentation skills. Excel experience required.
Strong project management skills. Excellent organizational and project planning skills (Workfront experience is a plus).
