You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Product Management and you’ll work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to develop targeted marketing campaigns
· Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
· Lead the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
· Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets

YOU MUST HAVE
· Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
· Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
· Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
· Passion for marketing and staying up to date with industry trends
