Job Description:
Digital Engineering Lead - BCM
Objective and Purpose
- The continued growth of the GDS Digital Engineering business as well as the focus by the firm on Digital as one of the growth accelerators in FSO,
- requires additional leadership roles to help manage and drive the Next Wave of growth. There is a huge impetus on GDS to spearhead in developing and executing strategic roadmap in Digital Engineering for BCM Sector which requires a dedicated PPED role to ensure non-linear growth for the practice
- Existing penetration in BCM sector in FY 24 is around 10% and target penetration across regions should be 25% by FY 26.
Scope of the Position :
- Lead the charter for BCM sector to build out offerings in Digital space and to infuse GDS more strongly in the operating model.
- Lead the GTM, Deal Solutioning, penetration for Digital Engineering across BCM Sector
- Lead the delivery for the region from existing and new GDS locations especially, Colombo, Manila; setting up team, enabling EY process & methods, making it adhere to GDS Quality expectations.
- The leader would be focused on enabling regional champions in winning
- G360, Core, and other account engagements by working with them on solutioning, orals and staffing requirements.
