- Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
- Decision making for HRT-Payroll talent and team
- Contributing member to developing GDS PC strategy, implementation, and ways of working
Education & Experience
- 15 years experience in HR transformation and technology
- SAP Gen AI Certified
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certified
- Employee Experience certified by SHRM
- Experience developing and delivering HR and payroll transformation strategy, value propositions and business cases for HR Transformation/HR IT programs
- Experience with digital HR initiatives such as AI, RPA, Chatbots, IOT, Blockchain, HR SaaS, and HR Applications
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s) in an international environment
- Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
