Description
Responsibilities include:Manage assigned leader’s management systems, consisting of highly complex calendars that often require frequent reschedulingCoordinate travel arrangements, visa requirements and expense reporting with precisionOversee and coordinate managed meeting rooms Assist with meal or refreshment coordination when leaders are unable to step away
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience supporting high-level executives with administrative support including strategic calendar prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support to executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build trust and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills with an exceptional response rate, solutions-oriented approach and relentless tenacity
  • Experience tackling ambiguous challenges with curiosity and creative problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential business matters with discretion while remaining calm and confident under pressure
  • Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed organization across time zones
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for building team culture and fostering a positive, productive work environment
  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
