About the Role:

At Boston Scientific, the Senior Supply Chain Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining and controlling demand signals required to meet customer needs, marketing requirements, and service level objectives. This role will support Electrophysiology with focus on the Access Solutions Franchise. They will support, monitor, and maintain finished goods inventory levels and system integrity. This person will possess the skills and aptitude required to plan product lines and provide cross-functional supply chain support. This person will act as a main source of information and serve as main interface between manufacturing and marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning or inventory control functions

  • Strong skills utilizing software programs as Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with primarily internal audiences.

  • Independent worker

  • Performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

  • Strong analytical critical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Working knowledge of DRP, MPS, and/or MRP

Maximum Salary: $ 132000

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
