Global Marketing Planning and Operations Manager
Job DescriptionAs the Marketing Planning and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) annual marketing plan, driving the plan execution and integrating and reporting marketing performance insights and metrics.
Your role:
- Responsible for developing the HPM annual marketing plan and process
- Driving the plan execution and integrating with continuous tracking and alignment with global and regional teams
- Using insights on marketing effectiveness to enable marketing continuous improvement
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing planning and daily management with a strong operational and execution focus within the healthcare industry
- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with high proficiency in marketing processes and tools and the surrounding organization
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You have strong project management skills, and ability to a broad network of stakeholders across the business and region, with accurate documentation of translation and localization effort

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $136,000 - $216,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
