As
– Consolein the Japan Xbox Category team, you will plan and support execution of our category marketing and sales plans for our Xbox Consoles within the Japanese market. Using consumer insights, market data and sales analysis you will develop seasonal plans that facilitate device, player & revenue growth along with Partner engagement to drive awareness, consideration, purchase intent, conversion & post-purchase advocacy.
- Drive category leadership by defining (Addressable Market, Audience, Product) & implementing (target setting, investments) solutions that provide added value to both Microsoft, consumers, and our partners.
- Financial & Operational Excellence – Own & manage Gaming Console business across revenue, profit & investment metrics. Very strong financial and long term product forecasting abilities in partnership with supply chain and Partner sales teams as well as ability to clearly articulate unit/revenue forecasts, assumptions and business drivers required
- Insight Driven Mindset : Demonstrate the ability to turn insights into action and leverage the Voice of the customer/partner to drive business and product strategy.
- Change agent : The creation & Integration of new categories & services, bringing key stakeholders along through skilled influence, developing product channel, new business model & GTM strategies while adjusting programs & investments.
