Strategic Partner Manager for, youare responsible forbased global gaming partners.  Ourbased game publishers and developers to develop games for the Xbox ecosystem across Console, PC, Cloud,and Game Pass platforms and empower Creators to grow, engage, and monetize their community of players.  You will empower the Game Creators to focus on their games and communities by introducing them to Microsoft products and services to help build andtheir games, studios

Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience isrequired
  • Demonstrated experience in a consumer, tech and/or interactive media & entertainment business focused on growing apartner'sbusiness.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development,and/orcontent publishing/launch operations. Experience within the video game industry is a plus.
  • Experience in partner management in Japan with Japanese partners
  • Experience in developing long-term, strategic partnership growth plans and executing against those plans
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
  • Possesses a network of relationships with partners, potential partners, competitors to aid in opportunity identification
  • Ability tocommunicate,lead,influenceand drive results at all levels (from senior executives to individual contributors) and all functions (such as engineering, marketing, sales, services, finance and legal) in a complex technical and evolving business environment and under conditions of fast pace and ambiguity
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones and geographies preferred
  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving mentalityleveraginginternal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners
  • Ability to travel globallyand locallyto visit partners and teams up to 25% ofthe time.
  • Native level Japanese andfluency in English
  • Playing video games, of any type, is a plus.
