In this role, you will:
Use the many resources available to our Support team to learn, troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues
Create innovative workflows to analyze large log files in order to get to the bottom of any reported issues
Work closely with various teams located locally and globally including Engineering and Product to help drive a resolution to customer issues
Learn and expand your knowledge of our InsightAppSec Web Application security product to become a subject matter expert
The skills you’ll bring include:
Strong understanding of web application technology - Including HTTP, HTML and the DOM
Familiarity with programming language frameworks - especially Javascript
Experience working with webhooks or APIs including REST, GraphQL and SOAP
Understanding of log analysis methods (using regex to debug large log files)
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Fantastic verbal and written communication
Preferred:
Familiarity with Web Security vulnerabilities such as those found on the OWASP Top 10 or CWE top 25
Experience with manual web testing, HTTP proxy or repeater tools
Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
Knowledge of TLS
Experience with any web frameworks such as Flask or Express.js
