GDS ServiceNow Delivery Transformation and Sales Enablement Lead for Italy

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in transformation leadership, sales enablement, and ServiceNow solution implementations, to build and scale a high-performing ServiceNow team in India, supporting key initiatives in Italy.

This senior leadership role will focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation through the integration of Global Delivery Services (GDS) personnel.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 20+ years of experience in IT and business transformation, including extensive engagements across Europe.
  • 10+ years of proven success in transformation leadership, sales enablement, and ServiceNow solution implementations.
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models and cross-cultural team management.
  • Demonstrated success in innovation leadership and business development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Multiple products
  • Additional certifications in relevant ServiceNow products preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)

What you will do:

  1. Drive strategic growth planning aligned with business goals and market trends
  2. Scale ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and other domains
  3. Partner with sales teams to co-create tailored ServiceNow solutions during pre-sales
  4. Shape proposals with delivery models, timelines, and resource strategies
  5. Align solutions with ServiceNow best practices and transformation goals
  6. Provide delivery insights to support strategic account planning
  7. Lead thought leadership on emerging ServiceNow capabilities (AI, ESG, etc.)
  8. Create reusable assets, accelerators, and transformation frameworks
  9. Represent delivery leadership in client-facing engagements and webinars
  10. Ensure successful initial deliveries and build reference architectures for future use
  11. Lead innovation sprints and proof-of-value pilots for new workflows
  12. Evolve delivery models and enable sales teams through targeted frameworks
