Responsibilities:

• Partner with ebay executives and people partners to create search strategies.

• Advise and serve as thought partner to Hiring Managers throughout the search process, providing regular updates and high touch experiences.

• Manage search firm partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage processes to ensure successful outcomes.

• Lead kick off meetings and search update meetings with leaders, people partners and search firms.

• Assess executive candidates through screens, on-site interviews and panel feedback.

• Partner with executive researchers/sourcers to support market mapping, proactively pipeline and create innovative strategies to find the right talent.

• Partner with compensation to create offer models, extend and negotiate offers.

• Drive operational efficiencies through process improvement, technology/tools, and innovative thinking.

Requirements:

• Proven executive recruiter who can lead searches across all functional areas.

• Builds strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience with creating recruiting strategies that result in hiring strong talent.

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to assess leadership capabilities and functional skills of candidates.

• Experienced in presenting and negotiating complex offers.

• Looks for opportunities for continuous improvement, identifying gaps and proactively surfaces solutions.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$144,000 - $216,150
