Your impact
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Estimator preferably based out of Midwest, Mountain or Southern states supporting multiple state-wide projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and verify consultant cost estimates and develop cost estimates from conceptual to detailed.
- Provide change order reviews and negotiations along with bid review and schedule of value review and approval.
- Be a key contributor and mentor to a knowledgeable and supportive team as you prepare estimates by developing project work breakdown structures, calculating complete scope of work take-offs, and apply construction means and methods.
- Collaborate with our design teams on the quality and amount of input necessary to develop the required level of design build construction estimates.
- Tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this role as you develop reports and presentations as well as analyze historical data.
