10+ years of combined experience in operations, marketing and/or business strategy with a track record of success
Experience with business operations processes, reporting, and business/ market intelligence Solutions-oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions
Strategic thinker who can solve big customer and partner problems, connect dots
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Open and highly collaborative, ability to partner well with multiple cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical acumen, bias towards data-driven analysis and decision-making
Strong understanding of contractual SLAs
Technical acumen along with knowledge of sales tools is a plus
