Field Sales Operations Management:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the Field Sales Team’s engagement with Retail Channel partners through innovative solutions.
Retail Channel Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with Retail Channel partners to provide training materials, product knowledge resources, and promotional tools that empower retail salespeople.
- Develop and manage programs for supplies and swag that strengthen partnerships and drive customer engagement.
Project Management & Retail Planning:
- Lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Optimize retail planning processes to maximize product visibility and sales performance in retail channels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that incorporate operational efficiency and integration goals
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve field sales operations.
Operational Oversight
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the team’s operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.

Integration of Systems and Processes

Reporting and Communication

Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree, 8+ years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or related fields.
- If no BS degree, 10+ years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and consumer-facing brand advocacy.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
