Field Sales Operations Management:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of the Field Sales Team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline field sales activities, improving efficiency and productivity.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the Field Sales Team’s engagement with Retail Channel partners through innovative solutions.

Retail Channel Partner Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Retail Channel partners to provide training materials, product knowledge resources, and promotional tools that empower retail salespeople.
  • Develop and manage programs for supplies and swag that strengthen partnerships and drive customer engagement.

Project Management & Retail Planning:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize retail planning processes to maximize product visibility and sales performance in retail channels.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that incorporate operational efficiency and integration goals

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve field sales operations.

Operational Oversight

  • Conduct regular performance reviews of the team’s operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

Integration of Systems and Processes

  • Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify redundancies or inefficiencies, and lead the implementation of integrated solutions that streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to design and execute integration roadmaps, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes across departments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Organize regular cross-departmental meetings to align on strategic objectives, share updates, and address any challenges or dependencies that may impact project execution.
  • Develop communication frameworks and tools to facilitate information sharing and collaboration between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Resource Management

  • Assess the resource needs for both operational and integration initiatives, and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to address bottlenecks, optimize efficiency, and maintain alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on operational and integration performance, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Conduct quarterly review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, address concerns, and communicate strategic updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process innovation and efficiency improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Implement pilot programs for new technologies or methodologies, evaluate their impact on operational efficiency and integration capabilities, and scale successful initiatives across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree, 8+ years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or related fields.
  • If no BS degree, 10+ years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and consumer-facing brand advocacy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
