You’ll work with global and regional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, and operations, supporting markets in LATAM, while translating complex data into high-impact strategies.
What You’ll DoAct as a Product Champion across key launches and improvements, serving as a link between regional markets and global product teams
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to scope, test, and launch new features
Analyze performance trends and uncover growth opportunities through SQL and structured problem solving
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Drive operational excellence and consumer satisfaction by improving internal processes and execution
Support escalations, product feedback loops, and training needs across supported countries
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
3+ years of experience in Strategy, Ops, Consulting, or related roles
Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across regions and functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior audiences
Fluent in English
SQL proficiency
Experience supporting product or feature adoption in multi-market environments
Background in managing regional or global projects
Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling initiatives
