Lead your own projects end-to-end in a fast-changing, regulated, and competitive environment.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or related fields. (Open to other backgrounds with strong analytical and strategic skills.)

Strong organizational and project management skills – you plan, prioritize, and deliver.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external partners.
Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred.
Solid understanding of business drivers (P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk).
Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement effective solutions.
Resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.
Results-oriented, accountable, and consistently able to execute strategy on time.
