- Drive the channel revenue by managing a team to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners.
- Train and mentor the team for success.
- Build methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices to help the team perform at its best and exceed expectations.
- Recruit, train, and optimize a team of partner managers and PDRs
- Build onboarding process/materials for the team
- Define systems and tools for the team use
- Provide reporting and metrics visibility
- Help create team spirit & high energy environment
- Build ongoing training and enablement for the team
- Build a mechanism to continuously improve the team's performance and achieve quotas
- Conduct regular reviews of the business with the leadership team
To be a Channel Manager, APAPC in JFrog you need...- 10+ years of B2B sales management experience from SaaS companies
- Have deep knowledge and experiences in DevOps and security industry
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales development team environment
- An enthusiastic and creative leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
- Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture
- Channel partner and Outbound sales management experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Experience selling into the Enterprise market
- Experience using Salesforce
- Excellent written and spoken English
