As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in

Job responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and recommend adequate resources.
• Keeps the customers first at the heart of every feature, every capability and all products we build.
• Derives data driven insights and product decisions-based on analytics.
• Manages and refine product backlog initiatives to drive value in accordance with the overall strategy and priorities.
• Partners with other product managers to perform sprint planning and prioritization by defining requirements (using tools like JIRA), detailed acceptance criteria; participating in phasing decisions, go-to-market strategy, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration to ideate on features based on data, etc.
• Works effectively across both internal, external stakeholders and vendors to negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
• Identifies and understand customer mindset & problems to design solutions which are visionary and long term.
• Maintains & develops new ideas by performing monthly control validation of feature accuracy as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes
• Good customer focus, with an innovative mindset and the ability to understand & articulate customer problems and solve for them.
• Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.
• Effective oral & written communication skills with an expertise in business case and requirements writing.
• Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends.
• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience with Natural Language Processing / Conversational AI a plus
