As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account leads and opportunities. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering and pre-qualify opportunities through phone, social and email engagement. You will be generating qualified opportunities for regional sales teams.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, prospecting and penetrating sales accounts to achieve pipeline and forecast goals
- Updating lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to optimize sales and marketing processes
- Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience
- Setting qualified introductory meetings for sales representatives and nurturing top-of-funnel pipeline

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 4-6 years of related industry work experience and a bachelor's degree or demonstrate relevant, equivalent experience
- Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering and pre-qualifying opportunities
- Have experience engaging with customers and prospects via phone, email and social strategies
- Be comfortable speaking with IT decision makers via various mediums
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Sales Navigator or similar CRM solutions
- Enjoy working in a team and have a desire to grow in the organization
