Pricing Management:

  • Configure and price education offerings in the BMC learning management system.
  • Ensure alignment of pricing data with current business offerings and promotions.
  • Conduct periodic audits of content and pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Act as the point of contact for any content or data issues within the learning management system and learning experience platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or data discrepancies in collaboration with the IT and support teams.
• Assist in content migration, setup, and updates as required by the education or learning teams.

•Manage customer subscriptions in BMC learning management system.

• Generate and analyze reports on content usage, business and operational metrics.
• Provide insights to management on operational efficiency, pricing impacts, and learner engagement trends.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and streamline support operations.
• Collaborate with the education support team to implement best practices and standard operating procedures for pricing and content updates.
• Identify and lead the implementation of AI/automation initiatives in the process lifecycle to save time and improve user experience.

• Work closely with various stakeholders on pricing updates.
• Support special projects related to education support operations, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in a support business operations role.
• Familiarity with learning platforms like CSOD, Degreed, or similar LMS/LXP tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Open to work on shifts (Primary shift – 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
